    transportation and en route care, to the nearest
    suitable hospital when the Insured is critically ill or
    injured and no suitable local care is available. In
    case of extreme remote areas where Mercury is
    not available, the Indian Consulate has to be notified.
(d) Expenses for medical evacuation, including
    transportation and medical care en route to a hospital
    in the Insured's normal place of residence in India,
    when deemed medically necessary by the advice
    of the attending physician.
(e) If the Insured dies in India, the expenses for
    preparing the air transportation of the remains for
    repatriation or up to an equivalent amount for the
    expenses of the last rites. However, all expenses
    should be approved by Mercury.
Specific conditions :
(a) No claim can be paid in respect of expenses which
    can be delayed until the Insured comes back to India.
(b) No claim will be paid for cosmetic surgery unless
    necessitated by an accident.
