Chapter II - The Inspecting Staff: This Chapter provides
for appointments of inspector whose primary duty is
examination of the premises, plant and machinery.
Chapter III - Health -This chapter makes provisions
relating to cleanliness, disposal of waste and effluents,
drinking water, latrines, urinals etc.
Chapter IV - Safety
Chapter V - Welfare - This chapter makes provisions
relating to washing facilities, canteens, welfare officers,
first aid appliances etc.
Chapter VI - Working hours of adults. This chapter
makes provisions relating to working hours, interval for
rest, weekly off, night shifts etc.

and executive. Although the risk manager might be given
