because of inadequate attention to maintenance or
introduction of foreign material to a process.

Top management should ensure the implementation
of safety standards and rules. The elimination of
product defects during manufacture falls within the
role of quality control. Quality control and methods
of testing of high technical standards possible only
with the technical know-how.

(v) After sales uses and servicing - the need for safety
procedures and rules does not initial production.
Good should be delivered to customers safely in
good conditions and properly labelled with clear
instructions for use. In some cases after sales
servicing is required too.

(vi) Security - and its control is not merely a matter of
dealing with risks that may result in injury to persons
or loss of or damage to property.
