Listening

1. Listening to the following conversation between Michael Law, the

director of BCC trading and Bussaba Tonthong, his secretary.

Michael : Shall we discuss the itinerary of James’s visit to the

Bangkok office?

Bussaba : Yes, sir. We are meeting him on November 2 at the

Suvarnnabhumi Airport.

Michael : Do you know the exact time of his flight?

Bussaba : I’ll phone him to check the details.

Michael : Good. He hasn’t got the report yet, so send him one this

afternoon.

Bussaba : Certainly, sir.

Michael : I’m flying to Tokyo that evening, so I’ll take him to the

airport for his return flight.
