Internal Report

We have received a number of complaints about our Contour car seats

and we have decided to stop production while tests are done. We
have also asked retailers to return their stocks of these seats to us.

As you know, the ‘Contour'seat is design to mould itself to the shape

of the driver’s body. However, some people have said that in hot

weather they cannot get out of the seat easily. One man actually had

to leave this trousers in his car and walk to the telephone to get help.

Other drivers have said they were in pain after driving in the seat for a

long time.

So far, we have not had to pay compensation, but we have refunded

money to over 100 dissatisfied customers. There have not been any
reports in the newspaprea yet but if there are, we will probably have

to withdraw the seat from the market completely.
