Booking in processing mode
When a booking goes into processing mode, allow up to 3 hours for the booking to be processed and an
itinerary to be generated. Do not try and rebook as a duplicate booking will be created.
In Processing mode can occur when booking car and hotel content. An itinerary will not be generated until
the in-processing mode has been completed.
Note: A booking can only go into processing mode when a segment is being added to an existing booking. It
will not go into processing mode at initial creation.
