Duplicate booking warning message
If the traveller has another booking for the same dates a warning message will display to prompt the booker.
If the booker ignores the prompt and selects Continue with Current Selection, a duplicate booking will be
created.
Note: The warning message does not display for On-hold bookings
Avoiding duplicating a booking by using the browser Back button
If you select Complete this Booking, always proceed and allow the booking to be created.
Do not use the browser back button to go back and change your selection.
If you select hotel or car, a duplicate flight booking will be created.
Instead, once the flight booking is created, scroll to the end and select Add Hotel or Add Car Booking.
