Select the grey star and it will change to a gold star.

Tick the Show only favourite travellers and only your favourite travellers will display for your selection.

Searching for traveller - cannot find a traveller

If you have travel arranger access, when searching for a traveller and the profile does not display, ensure the
Bookings box is not ticked as the traveller may not have a current booking. In this scenario the profile will
not display.
Note: Your latest search becomes the default for the next time you login. Always check what option has been
chosen.
