Multi-Traveller Bookings - Air

Multi-traveller booking flow

From the Travel Arranger Dashboard screen select your travellers. Your profile will default. If you do not
wish to book for yourself, deselect your profile by selecting on the ‘X’ to the right of your name. Select the
Add Guest Traveller to include a guest. After selecting your travellers select .

After selecting flights for your travellers on the flight booking screen, complete the mandatory information
and then hover over Complete Booking icon to add hotel/car to this booking.

Notes:
• Airfares display per person.
• Multi traveller feature is not available for accommodation/car hire only bookings.

To add a hotel, select hotel icon before selecting Complete Booking. Cars and hotels are booked individually.
On the next screen deselect QBT Administrator to book the hotel for Ted first.

The hotel search screen will display for Ted Traveller. Select to continue with the booking process.
