Frequent Trips

Save as FrequentTrip - Travel Arranger

Bookings can be saved as FrequentTrips when you are booking for yourself and for other Travellers. My
FrequentTrips templates are directly linked to the booker who created it. The template cannot be viewed by
any other profile.
Saving booking to FrequentTrip template

To create a FrequentTrip template, display the existing booking and enter a Name before selecting Save as
FrequentTrip.

Accessing FrequentTrip template

Select the My FrequentTrips and the FrequentTrips list will display.

To create a booking utilising this feature select Book this FrequentTrip (liable for Payment).

• Travel arranger can utilise FrequentTrip templates for other travellers.
• Search for your traveller/s.
• If you are not travelling, deselect your own profile by selecting on the ‘X’ then select Continue
booking.
