On-Hold Bookings - Air
Once you select Complete booking, a further message displays highlighting the fare is not guaranteed and
subject to cancellation by the airline if not confirmed.
The booking will then be created.
The on-hold status is highlighted in the header of the trip summary.
Note:
• Important information is highlighted in green text advising the booking will be held to a certain date.
The date will be dependent on the airlines fare conditions.
• If the booking is not confirmed and ticketed by this date, it will be automatically cancelled.
• For Site with online approval, if the booking is not approved and ticketed by the deadline, the booking
will be automatically cancelled.
• If AOT is included in the itinerary, AOT property will also get cancelled.
