Approval Process – Multi-level

Should you require a hotel or car, choose the required icon and then select Complete Booking. If you do not
require car or hotel then select Complete Booking. The booking has been created. The approver selection
happens on the subsequent screen.

After completing the booking information, the approver selection page will display. The first level approver is
already stored as Approver one. If this was a first time booking, then the booker would select their first level
approver (refer to Approval Process section for step by step guide on selecting the approver during the initial booking).

Choose the second approver in the Second approval level. A pop up list displays. Choose and select Continue
