Approval Process

Approvers - approving/rejecting trips

Via email
The approver is notified via email that a booking is waiting for approval. If the booking is approved/rejected
via email, scroll down to the end of the email and select either Reject Trip or Approve Trip.

Note: The approval email may be directed to your junk folder. If so, it will need to be moved to your inbox to
view the Reject Trip/Approve Trip.

Via cytric
From the Dashboard select Trip Approvals.

Note: This highlights there are trips awaiting approval.

Select Trip Request Waiting for Your Approval.
