Approval Process
The booking will be sent for approval as highlighted below.
Note: For multi-traveller bookings one approver can be selected for all travellers at the end of the booking
process. If a different approver needs to be selected for each traveller, individual bookings will need to be
created.
Wrong approver selected
If an incorrect approver was selected during the booking process, or if you have found that the approver you
selected is on leave, you can choose a different approver.
Display the booking, then select Send request to a different approver and complete the approver selection
process.
