Approval Process
The email is generated to the approver to action the request.
Note: If car/hotel is added, a separate email is generated for each element. You can approve from any of the
emails.
Once the booking has been actioned by the approver the status will be updated on the booking screen.
Approved
Rejected
When the booking is rejected it will be cancelled by the system.
Note: If the booking is not approved in time, the system will cancel it automatically.
