When entering flight search information, the system prompts the booker to enter 2 or more characters. You
may need to add more characters to find the required city.

For example: When searching for flight availability from Brisbane, when you enter the characters ‘BRI’ Bari
airport will display as ‘BRI’ is the airport city code. cytric picks up the Airport city codes as the search field.

Therefore, in this example the booker is required to enter 4 characters before Brisbane Airport displays.
