Searching for non AOT preferred and non-preferred hotels
If your Site setup includes preferred and non-preferred hotels, the system will default to preferred hotels on
the hotel availability screen.
To change the view between preferred and non-preferred hotels select drop-down arrow as shown in the
below screen shot:
The booker has three options to view or book:
1. Preferred Hotels
2. Non-Preferred Hotels (shown below as Hotels)
3. Unavailable Hotels.
Searching for non-preferred hotel by name
To search for a non-preferred hotel by name enter the property name at the search screen and the
applicable dates (if required) then select .
