The Customer ID will be dependent on your Entity/Company’s set up. This might be your Employee ID or Mobile
Phone/Landline number. Note: This field accepts up to 10 numbers.

Complete the mandatory fields which are indicated with an orange asterisk.

Notes:

• For Unspecified Gender select MX in the Titles field and Unspecified in the Gender field, as shown below.
• Credit Card Details field will only display if your company uses individual credit cards for travel.

If your Entity/Company has static Custom fields, you will be required to complete this information. If every travel
arranger books across the whole organisation, you can assign arranger rights here. Select “Yes” for the Travel
Arranger field. If arrangers have limited access, follow these directions.
