Note: For Advanced and Administrator roles, if access is required to all future communities. Select Access Control
and Access to all communities. This will give the profile access to all future communities.
To enter additional information such as Frequent Flyer membership select Preferences tab, complete the
information and Save.
To grant Travel Arranger or Profile Manager access select Make/Change booking to update the profile with the
respective rights.
