Determination of requirement:

Identifying your individual needs

In order to produce a Security Proposal that meets the specific and
individual needs of your business, we follow a strict procedure.

Initially, to understand inherent security concerns and gain operational insight, this involves
discussions with selected members of your company. These interviews generally take 10-15 minutes
and MPSL would require the client to identify candidates who can provide a general overview,
including knowledge of operations and facilities, at the location, area or region that is being
considered for security services.

The interviews are designed to:

• Identify and confirm the scope of operations
• Validate threat assumptions
• Solicit stakeholders’ security concerns
• Identify unrecognized security vulnerabilities
• Identify measures already in place to reduce risk to people, assets and information for the
purpose of synergy
• Measure emergency response level

We will also hold a pre-award meeting with your selected company representative to discuss/obtain
information relating to:

• Your operating environment(s)
• Compelling issues and circumstances pertaining to the required security services
• Specific requirements and related services levels and any applicable special conditions
including project locations, timing and deliverables
• Security Guard orders and post instructions for each location
• All control room equipment, systems, procedures and communication protocols
• All journey management systems, including police relations, incident reporting and incident
management
• Your fleet management system, including assigned vehicles, fuelling, maintenance and control
• Existing emergency response procedures and safety health and environment policies

• Recent experiences or incidents relating to conduct of the services
