And he who is jubilant, shall descend For all this His anger is not turned away,

Nor the strap of their sandals be broken;
strangers shall eat. 28 Whose arrows are sharp,
18 Woe to those who draw iniquity with And all their bows bent;
cords of vanity, Their horses’ hooves will seem like flint,
And sin as if with a cart rope; And their wheels like a whirlwind.
19 That say, “Let Him make speed and 29 Their roaring will be like a lion,
hasten His work, They will roar like young lions;
That we may see it; Yes, they will roar
And let the counsel of the Holy One of And lay hold of the prey;
Israel draw near and come, They will carry it away safely,
That we may know it.” And no one will deliver.
30 In that day they will roar against them
