The Hallway (max 5.5m x 1.9m)
This house has a generous ground floor hallway finished off with an engineered Oak Floor avail- able in a choice of colours that flows through to the Dining Room. Chrome electrical sockets and light switches reflect the quality of finish that you will instantly recognise as you walk through the Solid Wooden Front door which is encased in the Art Stone Door Surround.
Cloakroom (2mx1m)
is finished with a choice of Egyptian stone flooring or Spanish Porcelain and contains a close cou- pled WC in white porcelain with matching basin and Chrome Taps.
Dining Room (max 4.2m x 3.9m)
The Canterbury has a large space for a separate dining room and is finished off with a feature bay window and an engineered Oak floor which is available in a choice of Colours. The Dining room opens up from the Hallway with a Double Doorcase which is complemented with 2 Solid Core Oak Doors set against crisp white gloss Architrave. The look is completed with a choice of finishes to the internal door ironmongery allowing you to add those little personal touches.
The Lounge (7.4m x 3.9m)
In the Canterbury the Lounge makes a statement with its generous sizing and feature Bi Fold Alu- minium Doors which open out on to the Outside Patio area. A choice of carpet colour allows you to personalise this room and all electrical sockets and light switches are finished in brushed steel or chrome. The lounge has the usual TV and satellite points and is finished off with a single groove square edged skirting board and architrave to match. Both of these are hand painted to a white gloss finish. The walls are tastefully painted in a neutral “Turtle Grey” colour that gives warmth and a simplicity which highlight this fantastic relaxing space
Family Bathroom (2.3m x 2.3m)
From the Hallway at the top of the stairs you are directly opposite the main family bathroom. This generously proportioned room comes with the floor fully tiled and the walls half tiled in porcelain stone from Spain. These tiles are available in a choice of 5 different colours which allows each house- holder to personalise this space. The Large bath includes a mixer tap but also a thermostatically con- trolled shower and shower screen with conveniently located shower controls allowing you to set the perfect temperature and pressure before you get in the shower. The room is complimented with elec- tric under floor heating and a feature radiator and the enclosed WC incorporates a handless flush- ing system for a more hygienic experience.
