Master Bedroom (max 6.5m x 3.7m)
The master bedroom is a great space that has been designed to incorporate either a fitted wardrobe or space to have your own stand-alone units. Its offers lots more room to have a double bed and still have space for further furniture should you so desire. The room comes with a choice of carpet colours and has electrical sockets, TV points and data points as standard.
From the bedroom you enter the
Master Bedroom En-suite (2.7m x 1.7m)
This room has a concealed WC with non-touch flush system and porcelain basin and chrome mixer tap. It also features a larger than normal shower area. The room comes with the floor fully tiled and the walls half tiled in porcelain stone from Spain. These tiles are available in a choice of 5 different colours which allows each owner to personalise this space. The floor runs almost flush with the stone 1400mm by 900mm shower tray creating a perfect showering experience. The thermostatically controlled shower has its controls conveniently located at the entrance to the shower allowing you to regulate the temperature and pressure before you enter. Of course, the room is finished off with electric underfloor heating as standard so that you are warm under foot on even the coldest days
