Advanced Threat Protection
Advanced Threat Protection is a service Microsoft Azure provides to further enhance security on a database level and is
used in the underlying SAPPO World of Pork infrastructure. It enables the automated detection and response to potential
threats as they occur by providing security alerts on anomalous activities. Suspicious database activities, potential
vulnerabilities, and SQL injection attacks, as well as database access and queries patterns are monitored in real time with
alerts being issued if any threat or suspicious activity is detected.

Mobile Application Distribution and Security

The SAPPO World of Pork mobile application is distributed via the official Google and Apple stores to end users. These
applications undergo various checks and strict compliance evaluation directly from Google and Apple with regards to data
security specifically. The mobile applications serve as an additional endpoint or extension to the World of Pork platform,
and therefore the same authentication and authorization mechanisms are implied as per the web application.
