You’ll feel you’re in a medieval castle dining in
The Trellis’ beautiful private dining room known as ‘the vault.’ The mas-
sive granite table set against a wall of stunning stone provides a mystical

backdrop for this elegant dining experience. Unique wooden chandeliers
illuminate the room.

You’ll begin with a sparkling wine reception courtesy of Doug and Janis
Wood. Following an amuse bouche, you will dine on an amazing four-
course dinner with wine pairings, created especially for this charming event
by Executive Chef Scott Hoyland.
