This ‘never say die’ attitude resulted in the first major Caribbean wide campaigns for Magnum and Campari in over five years – the Magnum Buy Six and Win and Campari Win A Trip to Trinidad Carnival 2018 campaigns. The two campaigns were game-changers for the brands and their profile across the Caribbean with the signing of four high-profile Caribbean acts as brand ambassadors. The four are dancehall man of the moment, Ding Dong and soca songstress, Patrice Roberts for Magnum, and dancehall darling Shenseea along with soca warrior, Bunji Garlin for Campari.
Brown stated that “these two campaigns are game-changers and have elevated the profile of our brands regionally. Our partners across the region are now even more excited about what’s coming next and with this renewed commitment I know we can realize our mission of being the fastest growing department in J. Wray & Nephew.”
After weathering the unprecedented setbacks of 2017 and rising to the challenge to end the year on a positive note, the Export Team remains committed and is focused on their new mission – “to be the fastest growing international spirits company in the Caribbean”.
