                 Power Fade
Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown Hi-Point Champion
 Co-owners Lloyd Yother and Garvan Kelly with Power Fade and Trainer Dee Keener after Power Fade was crowned the 2020 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown Hi-Point Champion.
Power Fade was named the 2020 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown Hi-Point Champion on Nov. 14 following a third-place finish after running in front for most
of the race and getting caught at the wire in the the $44,500 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Championship Futurity-G1, the third leg of the Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown.
Power Fade won the first leg of the Speedhorse Triple Crown – the $136,700 Speedhorse Graham Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 by 1/2-length at Remington Park on May 30. Power Fade then won the $70,200 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 – the second leg - at Tulsa Fair Meadows on July 25.
Power Fade APHA (Painted Turnpike-Fade Shot, Fade To Fame) was ridden by Juan Pulido in the first and third legs
of the Speedhorse Triple Crown at Remington Park and Will Rogers Downs, while Daniel Torres was up for the second leg at Tulsa Fair Meadows. The two-year-old Paint filly was bred by Kelly/Yearsley Equine, LLC and is owned by J. Garvan Kelly and Lloyd Yother. Power Fade’s connections received a trophy and belt buckle as well as an additional $5,000 Hi-Point Champion bonus from Speedhorse Magazine. Power Fade was trained by Dee Keener in all three of her Speedhorse Triple Crown races.
Power Fade scored a total of 28 points to take the Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown Hi-Point Champion title, in which eligible horses must enter and be paid in full into all three races, must enter the trials of all three races, and must compete in two of the three trials.
Power Fade (#5) wins the second leg in the $70,200 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 at Tulsa Fair Meadows on July 25.
