THE SIRE RECORD
Andrea fills us in how they developed their breeding program. “After we bought Jet, we acquired some more mares - some from Brant Little like Lady Perks and some other ones along with the two fillies we bought. Jeff said, ‘We want to control our own destiny rather than sell horses and semen. Let’s prove our own product.’ Jeff is from the aerospace industry and that is how he approached his business. So, we kept back those colts and put them with the best, from the horse shoer to the vet to the trainer. That may have been the best move we ever made with our own program.”
She then added, “I had a conversation with Randy, and I asked him what line
of mares cross the best and he said, ‘Dash For Cash.’” So, let’s take a look and see what we find. Blazin Jetolena has Equi-Stat earnings of $4,266,255 through his foals.
