Fitting Celebration earned $1,079,030.66. First To Celebrate, an unraced full sister
to Brimmerton, is the dam of 2014 Distance Champion Wahoo, another Cox Ranch bred trained by John Buchanan. First To Celebrate
is the dam of Jettz, who was fourth in this year’s All American Futurity and trained by John Buchanan. Juan Vazquez, assistant trainer for Buchanan took over the training duties for the All American Futurity and the All American Oaks.
Jess Celebrating is a daughter of Fitting Celebration by Mr Jess Perry. She was unplaced in one start and was trained in that one start by John Buchanan. She became a broodmare, producing Havanah Goodtime, a winner of one start trained by John Buchanan. Havanah Goodtime is now an AQHA Dam of Distinction, the youngest mare to accomplish this feat. She actually accomplished this feat with her first two foals. She is the dam of Duponte, Nymeria and Sunnysyde, all winners of the Heritage Place Futurity-G1. Producing three winners in a row of this Grade one race will probably never be duplicated.
The first foal for Fitting Celebration, as stated above, is Feefees Celebration by Takin On The Cash, a 1996 mare bred by Paul F.
Sinuous is the dam of Whistle Stop Cafe
Sinuous shown winning her Heritage Place Derby trial at Remington Park.
