PYC Fun N Fancy’s family goes even deeper. The second dam, First Prize Dash, was a Broodmare of the Year and has produced stakes winners First Prize Leesa, First Carolina, First Prize Robin, Fast First Prize and Heza Fast Dash. First Prize Dash is a full sister to World Champion First Down Dash.
DF AJ Green Leaves (Apollitical Jess-Three Green Leaves) finished second under jockey Jose Alvarez for owner Darling Farms and trainer Jimmy Padgett II. Earlier this year,
the filly won the Remington Park Oklahoma Bred Derby.
Jesse Levario rode EOS A Political Win (Apollitical Jess-Pithia) to third for owner Elite Oilfield Services and trainer Rolando Almanza. Last year, the colt finished second in the Speedhorse Futurity-G3 and third in the Evangeline Downs Futurity.
The Most High Rules (FDD Going Grand- Tres Seis Mischief) finished fourth and Doing What I Like (One Dashing Eagle-Sheza Fast Dasher), PV Queen Bee Candy (Cartels Candy Man-Ima Lazie Too), Fast Prize Rumor (Hez Our Secret-Coronas Fast Prize), Goldline (Oilwagon-Nelsons Martini TB), Eagle Deluxe (One Famous Eagle-Corona Deluxe) and Wagon Chick V (PYC Paint Your Wagon-Me Chickie) completed the order of finish.
