Mighty Deck Three S.-RG2

C Wild King has been ultra-consistent of late.
His win in the March 4 Mighty Deck Three Stakes-RG2 at Remington Park marked his sixth win in his last seven starts, with one second.
Favored at 13-10 in the 250-yard Mighty Deck Three, JC Wild King took the lead immediately under jockey James Flores. He battled with a couple of rivals, but remained in front the entire race to score by a neck in :13.212.

for owner Jose Cervantes, who bred the gelding
in Oklahoma. JC Wild King previously won
the 2021 AQHA Adequan Derby Challenge Championship-G3, Speedhorse Derby, and Will Rogers Downs Derby Challenge plus the 2020 Will Rogers Downs Juvenile Challenge.
Cervantez bred JC Wild King from stakes- winning Oh Cherokee Rose, a mare they purchased from Weetona Stanley at Heritage Place. Suffering from stifle problems, Oh Cherokee Rose had to be euthanized in 2021. She has produced nine winners from 12 starters, including stakes winner JC Lil Rose and JC Wild Rose.
Brenda Reiswig’s homebred My Midnight Candy (Jess Good Candy-Midnight Sunlight) finished second under jockey Edwin Escobedo for trainer Jason Olmstead.
Tom and Kathleen McNally’s homebred Charlies Fury (Furyofthewind-Jess Charlena) ran third in this year’s Mighty Deck Three after running second in it last year. Agustin Silva rode the 6-year-old gelding for trainer Michelle Hurdle.
Completing the field were Wieburg (Ivory James-Hollie Jollie), Apocalyptical Jess (Apollitical Jess-Cassandra Crest), XF Wingman (Apollitical Jess-Xoom), Kool And Fabulous (One Fabulous Eagle-One Kool Wagon), and B Icy (Mighty B Valiant-Icy Valentine).

RELENTLESSLY

elentlessly scored his second stakes victory in
the $51,270 Eastex Stakes-G2 at Remington Park on March 19.
The colt exploded from the gates on the lead with regular rider Raul Valenzuela aboard and offering encouragement. They got the first call and at the halfway mark were a 1/2-length in front, holding that margin as they crossed the wire. Trained by Jose Huerta, the colt completed the 350 yards in :17.507 for a 94 speed index.
Relentlessly scored the $29,622 winner’s share of the purse for owner Aguila Negra Racing Inc., which boosted his total earnings to $310,508, and his race record stands at seven wins out of 13 career starts.
Randy & Sandy Coleman bred Relentlessly out of multiple winner Runaway Renata. She has produced four winners from six starters. Relentlessly is her first stakes winner.
Apollitical Redflash (Apollitical Jess-Chalala) and jockey Jorge Torres finished in second for owner Cavenaugh Quarter Horses LLC and trainer Clinton Crawford.
Juice Is Loose (One Famous Eagle-Miss Southern DD) overcame some bumping down the lane to get up for third. Owned by Tom Maher and Stephen Williams, Juice Is Loose was ridden by Edwin Escobedo and trained by Jason Olmstead.
JK Wildcat Red (One Dashing Eagle-Shaky Girl), El Camino CL (Heza Fast Dash-Eying Miss Perry), Jess Rocket Man (Apollitical Jess-Paint Or More), Wieburg (Ivory James-Hollie Jollie), Watch Him B Famous (One Famous Eagle-Lady Lilia), Jesslightninglegs (Dash Master Jess-Lovely Legs), Dashin Approach (Mr PYC To You-Panther Not A Kitty) and De Laurentis (American Runaway-Babe On The Beach) completed the order of finish. Bp Primetime was scratched.

Dash Of Sign made her comeback after a
short layoff, and she came back strong in the running of the $56,640 Decketta Stakes-G2 at Remington Park on March 19.
A Dash Of Sign stepped away from the 9-post in sixth under Eugenio Navarrete with their work cut out for them. At the halfway point, they were a head in front, but lengthened their lead to cross the wire 1/2-length in front. They completed the 350 yards in :17.393 to earn a 97 speed index. Trained by Mike Robbins, the daughter of Tempting Dash also earned the first place check worth $34,530, which boosts her lifetime earnings to $213,018 for owner Reliance Ranches LLC.
The Mixer Ranch bred A Dash Of Sign out
of stakes winner A Tres Of Paint, who won the Remington Park Oklahoma Bred Derby-RG3. She has produced three winners from five starters, including stakes placed AJs Tres Of Paint. A Dash Of Sign is her first stakes winner.
Apollitical J Julia (Apollitical Jess-Julias Perfection) and jockey Christian Esqueda ran a gritty race to pocket second place money for owner Kent Jackson and trainer Stacy Charette-Hill.
Valiant Stars (Valiant Hero-Cluster Of Stars TB) overcame a poor start with a strong finish in third place under Noe Garcia Jr. for owners J&SM Inc. and Stone Chase Stable and trainer Fred Danley.

Pop Pop), One Kool Dreamer (Hes Relentless-One Kool Wagon), Fancy Pants Heidi (First Moonflash- Jessadoreme), Lethal White Veil (Lethal Corona-Lil Famous Dash), Dalts Fancy Pistol (Im A Fancy PYC-Dalts Pistol), Streakinlilwagon (Fast Prize Jordan-La Jollas Fortune) and Corona Relentless (Hes Relentless-Coronas Concierge) completed the order of finish. FDD Princess was scratched.
