Project Areas of Concern and Recommended Upgrades

(a) CEO’s O ce

We loved the CEO’s o ce. It was well organized and spacious. After carefully exmining it, we felt that there is room for improvement, especially to suit the speci c needs of the
newly appointed.
Below are the upgrades we propose for the o ce:

(i) To replace: • The CEO’s desk
• CEO’s chair/seat
• Replace visitors’ seats new modern ones

• The visitors’ co ee table needs to be replaced as well

(ii) To install: • A new versatile coat hanger for apparel, handbags and hats
• CEO’s Portrait (A2 size)
• Directors’ Portrait (A2 size)

(b) CEOs Reception

To replace: • The receptionists’ desks with a single modern two-way desk
• Receptionists‘ chairs/seats

• Reception visitors’ seats

* We also recommend branding the lower part of the wooden partition separating
the CEO’s receptionists’ o ce and the Accounts o ce with the company logo to
conceal the multiple scratches that are visisble at the moment.
