Mumbai in 1982. Having worked as HR Manager for
six years in the hospitality industry, I wanted to be on
my own and therefore quit lucrative job & began as a
consultant, advising management on the whole range
of labor laws, staff, industrial relations, trade union
negotiations and HR functions.
