New Way of Doing Things
More transitions going on here. Yesterday our new potting machine was
delivered after all the years of talk about one. At MANTS in January we
finally found one that fit our budget and the size of our operation. Those
two factors are, of course, interconnected. So, a large expensive machine
needing a large crew to move plants, containers, and mix to and from it is
not practical for us. We are small and a machine that theoretically can do all
our years potting in a week is not what we need.
