        up to the heat to bring lots of long lasting color into the
        late spring landscape. The Darwin and Cottage tulips
        have a few perennials but most would be considered
        beautiful colorful annuals. ‘Big Smile’ has a large, long
        lasting egg shaped flower that is sunny golden yellow
        that matures to a soft amber color. ‘Hocus Pocus’ is a
        very tall late blooming tulip with sulfur yellow petals and
        a bright red flame in the center of each petal. ‘Queen
        of the Night’ boasts dark maroon petals that is almost
        a black tulip. ‘Blushing Lady’ is a very tall lily shaped
        tulip with buff and yellow petals that are spiced with
        a blush rose flame in the center of each petal. Parrot
        tulips have huge flowers with ruffled edges on each
