Receipt Bank - This is the tool that we use to collect your receipts.
Just like with QBO, the whole team is required to be certified in the
software before they begin working on your file. We will provide
you with access to a phone app to take pictures in real time on the
go. We will also provide you with a unique email address, so that
you can have your suppliers email us directly, or you can forward
within your email. Finally, you can log in from any computer and
drag and drop to upload your document.

Hubdoc - This is the software that we use to collect your bank statements.
With some banks we can see copies of cheques as they are cashed, as
well as have access to e-transfer and bill payment details. The whole
team is Hubdoc certified before they start working on files. And as a
bonus, the Cloud Bookkeeping Services team has been recognised as a
Hubdoc top 50 Cloud accounting firm for 2017 and 2018.

WayPay - This is what we would use to pay your CRA or WSIB
bills on your behalf. We can also set up to pay many other bills
this way. This is a direct connection to your bank account.
And of course, Tanya is WayPay certified. Talk to us if you
want a quote on paying your accounts payables.

Chronobooks - As even online, your data can become damaged and unrecoverable,
we use Chronobooks to back up your data so that we can restore it if need be.

SmartVault - This is our online filing system. As your confidentiality is important
to us, we will never email anything that includes sensitive data. You will have
access to your personal SmartVault folder and your documents will be stored
there indefinitely.
