Painting & Decorating apprentices are available now!
Master Painters Group Training Company (MPGTC) has been supplying apprentices to the industry since 1994.
We can find the right apprentice for you! Our apprentices are carefully selected, have basic training and, are ready to work.
ALL MPGTC APPRENTICES HAVE:
• experience in preparing surfaces, rolling & cutting-in, and painting & preparing four-panel doors
• a working knowledge of tools & equipment
• experience in use of oil and acrylic paint
• overalls, boots & personal protection equipment
• WorkCover NSW national WHS building construction
induction training (White Card)
• a first aid kit
• a basic tool kit

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
AS A HOST TRAINER TO OUR APPRENTICES, YOUR OBLIGATIONS ARE TO:
• train and supervise your apprentice on the job
• allow your apprentice to attend TAFE as required
• ensure weekly timesheets are completed, authorised
and returned each week to MPGTC
• provide a safe working environment in accordance
with WorkCover NSW WHS guidelines (training available if required)
WHAT DO WE DO TO SUPPORT YOU?
• meet with you to determine your needs
• allocate an apprentice who meets your work and
business criteria
• ensure all employment requirements are met
• supply you with Awards information and wage rate advice
• provide you with an easy-to-read invoice showing the breakdown
of all costs
• issue tax payment summaries at the end of the
financial year
• provide the apprentice with a basic toolkit after a
3 month probationary period
• provide ongoing support to both you and your apprentices!
