ACE Hardware Points Chase
Every month we talk about how exciting the points chase is and how close everyone is with points. This is still the case with 2nd through 6th with only eleven points separating them. However, Sandy Brown has extended her lead by 29 points over second place which if we’re not mistaken, is the largest points distance between 1st and 2nd all season. But Sandy can’t rest on her laurels just yet because Ben Blan- ton, Layne Holmes and Terry Roan are nipping at her heels. We all know it will only take a great cook or two for them to be back within striking distance. Let’s not forget Tim Brown who is 41 points back and itching to see him and Sandy finish 1st and 2nd by the time we all get to Ft. Worth in March. Truth be told, we still have a lot of season re- maining and it’s still anyone’s chase to win.
