Our April cover shot was taken as our 30th Anniversary Tour ramped back up in Ft. Worth, Texas at the 2021 SCA World Cham- pionship. Our neigh- bors that weekend were our friends from Cotton
Gin Smokers. On Sunday they kept us well fed with samples of great brisket and ribs.
Our April showers came to us during the month of February and now that April has arrived we are get- ting lots of picture perfect barbecue and grilling weather. This awesome weather also has me craving more of those delicious ribs we had in Ft. Worth, so I asked Matthew Messer (Cotton Gin Smokers owner) for the recipe on the ribs they were sampling. He not only shared with me but wanted to make sure you have this simple and very addicting recipe too!
Happy Spring Y’all.
