 2| A single boneless lobe of breast (below). A boneless single breast lobe of 2 to 3 pounds will take about an hour.
3| Two lobes de-boned and rolled together and held tight with a mesh. The mesh is a bit of a pain to get o after you are done cooking. We much prefer the bone in breasts or boneless breasts.
