3. 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4. 1 Cup Local Honey
5. 3 Tablespoons Worcester Sauce
6. 1 Tablespoon Texas Pete (Since it's a Carolina Texas thing)
7. Let the sauce simmer for 40 minutes (or until it thickens - then let it cool)
WHITE
ALABAMA / ARGENTINA STYLE (YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN FAVORITE ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE)
1.1.5 Cups Mayonnaise (preferably Duke's) 2.1/2 Cup Local Honey
3.1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4.1/4 Squeezed Lemon Juice
5.Lemon Zest (to taste)
6. 1 Tablespoon Ground Chimichurri Powder - for this I used Frugoni's Original
Chimichurri Rub and grind the spices. Another great brand is TradiciĆ³n Chimichurri
based in Brazil.
7. As an alternative - if you don't have these - I suggest using some fine ground parsley,
garlic powder, and cilantro.
8. Let this sauce simmer for 20 minutes (then let it cool)
BLUE BBQ SAUCE
1. 1 Cup Captain Crunch Blue Maple Syrup (by Quaker Oats)
2. 1 oz Blue Note Bourbon (A Memphis Original)
3. 1 oz Blue Powerade Drink (or other blue color sports drink)
4. Let this sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes (then let it cool)
5. * Crumbles of Takis' Blue Heat can be used as a topping to add texture and additional heat
