The continuous support of the administration to the faculty
members’ thrust for continuous professional development and
prioritizing the needs of the students for quality education are
enabling tools to improve the performance of the students in the
licensure examinations.
The academe’s efforts at providing the students with relevant
learning experiences to increase their chances of passing the
licensure examinations and eventually landing a job were not put
into waste as manifested in the results of the various licensure
examinations. The campus’ ratings in the five examinations
surpassed the national passing rates except for the FLE.
Globalization has resulted in tight competition among
graduates in the labor market and the Campus is not exempted in
its aftermath. The institution recognizes the need to shift
perspective and to abreast to the global trends in education. With
this, the campus sent six Bachelor in Secondary Education major in
English to Vietnam for their On-the-Job Training. Also, twelve
student-volunteers and an instructor were sent to SEA Games 2019
at Clark Pampanga. IFSU is one of the farthest educational
institution who participated in the event by sending volunteers.
