Live Auction Rules
The live auction will begin at 6:00 and will continue (with
breaks) throughout the evening. Master of Ceremonies
will set the minimum bid for each item. Raise your bid
number to bid on an item. The auctioneer will
acknowledge you. Once the highest bid has been
determined, an auction official will ask the winning
bidder to sign an acknowledgement form. This confirms
the bidder number, item and dollar amount. The auction
committee reserves the right to repeat a sale of an item
in a case of dispute.
Under no circumstances will we split the cost of an item
between multiple parties. We will accept only one
payment from a single bidder for the total cost of an
item.
