A Working Family’s Christmas and the auction committee warrant

neither the quality nor the value of items at the auction. All items are
sold “as is” and are subject to terms stipulated by donor. Please inspect

an item and specifications before bidding. The dollar values are

estimates provided by donors and are not guaranteed by the auction
committee for tax purposes. By your purchase of an auction ticket and

bid number, you waive any claims for liability against A Working
Family’s Christmas for products/services received. No exchanges,

substitutions, or refunds will be honored by the auction committee.

Bidders must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any items
containing alcohol.

Checkout Procedures

To be eligible to bid, you must have a bid number. You will be
responsible for any purchases made on your bid number. All group

purchases must be paid for under one bid number. Prior to receiving

your live or silent auction items, you must pay for that item. Please
have your bid number with you. If you plan on using a credit or debit

card, you can swipe your card at check-in when you arrive in order to

avoid long lines at the end of the event.
