Indulging in a Polynesian Spa experience after Te Puia, we lolled about in very hot water in a private pool with exceptional views of Lake Rotorua.
The Rototura Gondola provided panoramic views of the lake and town below. We had a cabin to ourselves and glided upwards 487 metres above sea level.
Not many birthday occasions can have so many unique experiences packed into one day!
