Each inspector must be vetted, approved and qualified. Our system will not allow a claim to be
            dispatched to an inspctor damage assessor that is not qualified for to receive the assignment.
            In addition, we uniquely store and track the KPI’s that are client specific. Our process will hinder
            additional or future assignments if the KPI’s are not being met. 100% of our assignments are dual
            assignments and there is a point of contact (POC) on the inside in one of our facilities. POCs are
            tasked with making sure the KPI’s are met. Once a file is returned, our technical review team does a
            complete a thorough review of the assignment. This team is made up of managers and highly skilled
            technicians.

            Our process ensures that these files are reviewed on first in first out (FIFO) basis. Corrections and
            issues are tracked on the inspection in real time reporting.
