            Choice Sector uses the most innovative technology available in the industry to support
            qualified damage assessments and quality reviews.

            INTELLIGENT

            DISPATCH

            Each damage assessor must be vetted,
            approved and qualified for a particular
            line of business or peril. Before they can
            receive an inspection our system will not allow
            dispatching an inspection that a damage
            assessor is not qualified for to receive.

            Our qualified management team has the tools
            to effectively manage all timelines utilizing built
            in system metrics.
            Choice  OPT,  our  proprietary  inspection  man-
            agement  system,  allows  us  to  store  key
            performance indicators (KPI) by line of business
            and  even  peril  thus,  setting  and  sending  the
            damage assessors diaries and reminders when
            due dates are approaching.
            100% of our assignments are dual assignments
            to  the  field  damage  assessor  and  an  internal
            Point  of  Contact  (POC).  The  POC  monitors  all
            diaries and is tasked with making sure the KPI’s
            are met.

            OPT has full integration with Xactimate &
