Why Algebra Readiness Matters
More than just review and practice of previously learned
skills, Redbird Mathematics combines a proven blend of
instruction, interactive practice, and real-world STEM
applications to help students attain a deep conceptual
understanding of math. The Redbird adaptive learning model
allows each student to develop algebra readiness skills at
their personal level and pace, ensuring students are
engaging in productive struggle and accelerating learning
forward.

Real-world STEM connections are woven throughout every unit of Redbird Mathematics, making math relevant for
students, while building confidence and enthusiasm for math. Each unit is focused around a STEM theme and career, and
many units conclude with a digital, project-based learning experience focused around the unit’s theme. Each end-of-unit
STEM Project is broken down into four parts:
