                               You -  my readers - and I have reached the  end  of the  matching
                               journey. But now, of course, the  work really begins for you  by
                               implementing the matching concept in all its facets. I will be happy to
                               support you in this process. And that can be worthwhile. Because the
                               matching concept not only helps you to find the right employees and
                               to inspire them for your company,  but  also to optimize  your
                               management and customer processes. No, the concept does much
                               more. It  is  crucial that you create entrepreneurial  excellence and
                               make your company, your employees and yourself fit to cope with the
                               enormous transformation processes that  will  affect almost every
                               company in Germany, Europe and even worldwide. The key is to find
                               answers to these core questions:
