Dear Association Members,

JWC’s portion of Willow Park Estates Reconstruction project is now mostly complete. It has been a genuine
pleasure to serve as your Contractor. Please allow us to extend congratulations and appreciation to those many
H.O.A. representatives who have worked diligently with us to make this project a success.

In the spirit of continuing our service to your Association, we are providing this Willow Park Estates Project
Completion Manual. This manual contains numerous items, e. g., contracts, warranties, maintenance instructions,
insurance certifications and technical project data. The provided information will prove extremely useful toward
answering questions that may arise in the future. Thorough review and implementation by the H.O.A. of the
recommendations in this package will be the key to achieving maximum long-term benefits of the re-construction
that Jon Wayne Construction & Consulting (JWC) has recently overseen.

JWC is committed to providing comprehensive service to all our clients. We are available by phone or in person
to answer your questions and satisfy your construction needs twenty-four hours a day.

Utilizing JWC to perform your future maintenance and repairs will keep you in compliance with the
reconstruction maintenance manuals and warranty requirements. JWC has the most experience and recorded
knowledge of all the reconstruction work performed. Having other vendors service your future building
maintenance and repairs could void warranties or introduce other materials that are not conducive to the work
installed by JWC during the reconstruction.
